Is the estimate automatically confirmed?
No. The system produces an estimate, CTG reviews the details, and the customer receives a confirmed quote before payment.
Are tolls shown separately on business plans?
No. Tolls and congestion-related costs are intended to be built into the subscription rate.
Is shipping included in fulfillment subscriptions?
No. Pick/pack allowances and merchandise holding may be included, but postage/shipping remains separate.
Can a store QR code open this portal?
Yes. Use a URL such as quote.ctgexpress.ai/?source=counter so CTG can attribute quote requests to each QR placement.
